-          Successfully litigated before Lebanese courts for a California-based telecommunication company with regards to a fraud case.

-          Advised an international oil company with regards to its tendering and licensing process with the Lebanese government

-          Advised a prominent Canadian company with regards to relocating its headquarters to the GCC.

-          Successfully litigated before Lebanese courts for a Canadian publicly-listed company with regards to its liquidation matters.
